[Our boat rental season is open from April to October]
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS – In order to make a reservation, you must provide us with your credit card information. Payment will be taken upon your arrival for your rental. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so within 48 hours prior to your reservation time. Cancellations after this time period are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee (this does not include inclement weather). If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the reserved rental.
RAIN – If it is raining at H20 Sports at the time of your rental, you may cancel without paying any fees. If you return off the water early due to rain, you may get a partial-prorated refund if you have more than an hour remaining on your rental.
PETS – We ONLY allow non-shedding dog breeds that weigh less than 20 pounds. Service dogs are permitted, but identification or proof of service must be presented at the time of your rental.
AGES FOR OPERATION – Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied on board by a parent at all times. Ages 16-18 may operate jet skis within parents’ constant sight. Ages 18 years and up can operate jet skis and pontoon boats without supervision. You must be 21 years or older to operate the ski boat. All drivers must have a valid drivers license and are required to watch an instructional video prior to operating any watercraft.
ALCOHOL – Alcohol is permitted on board, but each rental party must have a designated driver at all times.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT – Lessees are required to pay a $300.00 damage deposit with cash or a credit card prior to the boat rental. This fee will be refunded if no damage occurs during your rental time. As the lessee, you are responsible for any and all damage to watercraft (or their accessories) incurred during your time on the water.
PARKING – Parking is limited, so consolidating your rental party into as few vehicles as possible is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: Grills or any other cooking equipment are not permitted on the boats.
